The work of Tina Mifsud is carved around personal narratives installed within specific environments and situations, reflecting on her own investigations. Since 2020, this has included work that studies her body, travels and intimate relationships, shown within disused agricultural and commercial stores, as well as the Malta Chamber of Commerce in Valletta. This method of exhibition-making, conceived during the COVID-19 pandemic, extends the painting process to create a time-specific encounter for audiences.
